Tablix has three plans, managed from Settings → Billing & Plans, with checkout and subscription management handled by Dodo Payments.

Professional — $10/mo

Most Popular. Everything in Beginner, plus:
  • 1000 AI messages / month
  • 10 live collaboration
  • Early access to new features
  • Priority support
Prices shown are per month; a note under each price reads “Tax fee depending on your country” — local tax may be added at checkout depending on where you’re billed from.
Your current plan is shown with an ACTIVE PLAN badge and its button is disabled; every other plan shows an upgrade button (“Try for free” for Starter, “Get Started” for Beginner/Professional).

Live AI Usage & Limits

Each plan’s AI message quota is tracked in Settings → Usage:
  • A counter shows / AI calls for the current cycle, with a progress bar that turns red past 80% usage
  • Usage resets automatically 30 days after your last plan activation date — the exact next reset date is shown on this page
  • The 10-file limit on the Starter plan is enforced separately — see the File Limit Reached modal for what happens when you hit it

The Checkout Flow

Open Billing & Plans

Go to Settings → Billing & Plans. Your active plan is highlighted.

Choose a plan

Click Get Started (or Try for free for Starter) on the plan you want. This is disabled for your current plan.

Checkout session is created

Tablix securely creates a checkout session for your account and chosen plan.

Redirect to Dodo Payments

You’re redirected to a Dodo Payments hosted checkout page to enter payment details and complete the purchase.

Return to Tablix

After a successful payment, Dodo redirects you back to #/settings in Tablix, where your plan badge and quota update to reflect the new plan.
You must be signed in (Google or Microsoft) to upgrade — checkout requires a valid Tablix session token. See Getting Started → Signing In.

Managing or Canceling a Subscription

If you’re on a paid plan (Beginner or Professional), a Manage Subscription button appears next to your plan badge. Clicking it opens the Dodo Payments customer portal, where you can:
  • Update payment method
  • View past invoices
  • Cancel or change your subscription
You’re returned to #/settings in Tablix afterward.
“Manage Subscription” only appears once you have an active paid subscription. Starter (free) plan users won’t see this button, since there’s nothing to manage yet.

Payment Security & Data

Tablix’s Settings → Privacy tab states the following about billing data specifically:
  • Only basic account information (name, email) is stored for login
  • Payments are processed securely via Dodo Payment
  • Tablix does not store your card or financial details — that’s handled entirely by Dodo Payments
